I.Product Introduction:

Small-scale Experimental Micro Spray Dryer(Spray Dryer/Spray Drying Apparatus) is primarily suitable for producing微量颗粒 powders in laboratories of universities, research institutes, and food, pharmaceutical, and chemical enterprises. It has broad applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials like biological products, biopesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the sprayed material is only exposed to high temperatures when atomized into fine particles, it is heated instantaneously, preserving the active components of these materials without degradation after drying.

II. Main Features:

  1. Qiaofeng precision nozzle, high efficiency.
  2. Color LCD touch screen parameter display: inlet air temperature/outlet air temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle cleaning frequency.
  3. Fully automatic control: one-key startup. After setting spray process parameters, the peristaltic pump automatically starts when the temperature reaches the preset value. The touch screen displays an operational animation, clearly showing the process flow. For shutdown, simply press the stop button, and the machine will safely shut down automatically.
  4. Manual control: For adjustments to process parameters during experiments, it can be conveniently switched to manual mode. The entire experimental process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation).
  5. Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), which automatically clears blockages when the nozzle is clogged. The needle cleaning frequency can be automatically adjusted.
  6. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button. The machine will immediately stop all operations except for the fan, ensuring that the heating components are not damaged due to incorrect operation (e.g., forcibly turning off the fan).
  7. The spray, drying, and collection system is made of transparent high-borosilicate heat-resistant glass, ensuring the drying process operates in a pollution-free environment.
  8. Built-in imported oil-free air compressor. The particle size distribution of the sprayed powder follows a normal distribution, with excellent flowability and very low noise, less than 60 dB.
  9. Two-fluid spray atomization structure. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, with a compact design and no auxiliary equipment required.
  10. The drying temperature control design employs real-time PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control across the entire temperature range, with a heating control accuracy of ±1°C.
  11. To maintain sample purity, an inlet air filter is provided (optional).
  12. The feed rate can be adjusted via the feed peristaltic pump, with a sample volume of up to 50 ml.
  13. The dried finished powder has relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the powder falling within the same particle size range.
  14. For viscous materials, a nozzle cleaner (needle) is provided, which automatically clears blockages when the nozzle is clogged. The needle cleaning frequency can be automatically adjusted.
