Laboratory spray drying (spray dryer/spray drying instrument) is primarily suitable for universities, research institutes, and laboratories in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to produce微量 powder particles. It has broad applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive substances like biological products, biopesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the sprayed material is only exposed to high temperatures when atomized into fine particles, it is heated instantaneously, preserving the active components of these materials without damage after drying.

3) Fully automatic control: one-key startup; after setting spray process parameters, the peristaltic pump automatically starts when the temperature reaches the preset value; the touch screen displays an operation animation, clearly showing the process flow; to shut down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will safely shut down automatically.

4) Manual control: if process parameters need adjustment during the experiment, it can be easily switched to manual mode; the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation).

5) Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle); when the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear, and the needle cleaning frequency can be adjusted automatically.

6) Shutdown protection function: when shutting down, simply press the stop button; the machine will immediately stop operation except for the fan, **preventing heating components from being damaged due to incorrect operation (forcibly stopping the fan).

7) The spray, drying, and collection system is made of transparent, high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass, ensuring the drying process is carried out in a pollution-free environment.

12) The feed rate can be adjusted via the feed peristaltic pump, with a minimum sample volume of 80 ml.
