Qiaofeng's low-temperature spray dryer (QFN-PWDW series spray dryer can achieve temperatures ranging from 35°C to 100°C) enables continuous low-temperature spray drying at 35°C, with high recovery rate and preservation of material activity. It can be customized into a high-low temperature integrated spray dryer (QFN-PWGD series, achieving temperatures ranging from 35°C to 220°C), both capable of spray drying. The low-temperature spray dryer is mainly suitable for universities, research institutes, and enterprises in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and laboratory settings for producing微量颗粒 powders. It has broad applicability to solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials like biological products, biological pesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the sprayed material is only exposed to the drying air system when atomized into fine droplets, it is rapidly heated, preserving the active components of these materials without damage after drying. This spray dryer can achieve low-temperature atomization drying at room temperature and dual-purpose high-low temperature atomization drying.
