The low-temperature spray dryer is mainly suitable for universities, research institutes, and enterprises in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and laboratory settings for producing微量颗粒 powders. It has broad applicability to solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials like biological products, biological pesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the sprayed material is only exposed to the drying air system when atomized into fine droplets, it is rapidly heated, preserving the active components of these materials without damage after drying. This spray dryer can achieve low-temperature atomization drying at room temperature and dual-purpose high-low temperature atomization drying.

◆ Control form: Siemens PLC (1200) + touch screen program control, achieving fully automatic control of the entire machine; after setting process parameters, unattended automatic operation (except for material collection) is possible;
◆ Equipped with fault self-diagnosis function, displaying specific faulty components and issuing alarms, facilitating reduced maintenance time and workload for staff;
◆ Temperature control: Temperature instruments use Delta temperature control products with PID calculation control, achieving control accuracy of ±1°C;

Inlet air temperature: Electric heating is controlled in multiple groups, with manual and automatic switching;
Outlet air temperature: Precisely controlled via variable frequency speed regulation of the feed pump interlocked with outlet air temperature, with manual and automatic switching.

◆ All instruments and motor electrical components have alarm interlock functions, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
