Product Overview
The spray granulation dryer is a self-developed spray granulation drying system by Shanghai Qiaofeng. The QFN-ZL series spray granulation dryer (Qiaofeng) features a specially designed dual-gas liquid-feed granulation nozzle, representing a major domestic innovation that directly converts uniform spherical droplets into granules through even heat distribution.
It is suitable for experimental and small-scale production use, offering high sphericity and uniformity of granules. Due to its compact size, it can be installed in an ordinary laboratory. Core components are imported, while other parts are domestically manufactured, ensuring product stability and safety.

- Atomization method: bottom-up, increasing the residence time of droplets in the air
- Particle size range: 5 μm to 250 μm, with adjustable granulation particle size
- Airflow adjustment for both inner and outer rings enables achieving desired particle size requirements.
